Makeup by Allurizer

A nonrefundable 30% retainer is required to reserve every appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until your booking information is submitted, the retainer is paid, and you receive confirmation. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the appointment.

Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. The new appointment must take place within 60 days, remain with the same client, and is subject to availability.

For cancellations:

• 48 hours or more: The retainer is forfeited.
• Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% of the remaining balance is due.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: The full remaining balance is due.

Outstanding balances must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

A 10-minute grace period is provided.

Clients arriving 11–19 minutes late will be charged a $20 late fee. The service may also be adjusted to avoid delaying later appointments.

At 20 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation.

Please arrive with a clean, bare face and no mascara, strip lashes, or eye makeup.

Brows should be clean and free from heavy products. Lash Extensions are welcome.

Makeup removal may result in a $15 preparation fee or a shortened service.

Travel within five miles of Allurizer’s Baltimore service base is included.

Additional travel fees are:

• 5.1–10 miles: $20
• 10.1–15 miles: $30
• 15.1–20 miles: $45
• 20.1–25 miles: $60
• More than 25 miles: Custom quote

Distance is calculated one way from the Allurizer service base. Parking, tolls, hotel valet, and venue-access expenses are additional.

Clients must provide a clean, safe indoor space, access to an electrical outlet, and accurate entry and parking instructions.

Please disclose known allergies, sensitivities, and relevant skin concerns before your appointment.

Service may be declined or rescheduled due to contagious illness, active eye infections, open or actively bleeding skin, or any condition that creates a sanitation risk.

Allurizer reserves the right to discontinue any service that cannot be performed safely.

Before-and-after photographs or short videos may be requested for portfolio and promotional use.

Clients may decline photography through the booking form without affecting their service.

Images will not be published without the client’s consent.

Group appointments require a customized timeline and quote based on the number of clients, selected services, location, and required completion time.

One person must serve as the primary contact for the group. Final service counts and appointment details must be confirmed by the deadline provided.

Additional guests cannot be added on the appointment day unless time permits and payment is received.

Please limit attendance to one guest unless the appointment is part of a confirmed group booking.

Children must be supervised by another adult and must remain away from the artist’s products and equipment.

Smoking is not permitted in the service area, and pets must remain away from the setup.

Allurizer maintains a respectful and professional service environment.

An appointment may be refused or ended due to harassment, threatening behavior, unsafe or unsanitary conditions, undisclosed hazards, or interference with professional equipment.

Services ended because of client conduct are not eligible for a refund.
