Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 1-5 days business days

Hair orders can take up to 2 weeks to fulfill

We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen package or wrong address deliveries.

Once the order say “Pre-shipment” it is no longer under our care, the USPS sometimes doesn’t scan the items when they receive packages, leading for it it seem like we never shipped it

We are not responsible for any delay from the carrier.

Once we ship it's under the USPS responsibility.
